I can sign in to Joya but not to this wiki.

A deactivated account is refused even with the correct password.

Almost always a permission level mismatch rather than a fault — menus appear at
a lower level than some screens require.

For crew, passengers, flight watch, journey log and checklist, a missing
privilege lets you edit and reports success while dropping the change.

A report is completely empty.
Either the filters exclude everything or you lack the privilege — the two look
identical, because report errors are not shown. Check the required filters
first.

A flight is not in OPS.
It is still a draft. Publish it.

I cannot find a flight on the timeline.
Its aircraft is probably filtered out of the visible rows.

I cannot drag a flight to move it.
Deliberate — times and aircraft change only by opening the leg.
Why will it not let me save?
Some findings can be overridden with SAVE IGNORING WARNINGS; others cannot.
An unrated crew member is never overridable.

The crew dropdown is empty.
Nobody is rated for that seat on that aircraft type. Add the rating.

Crew cannot see their roster.

Does an FTL violation stop me rostering someone?
No — FTL warns. Only rules set to Error refuse a save.

The NATIONAL ID column is blank on the Crew List.
Those people have no National ID on their user record.

Should I use the TRIP or the LEG version?
Crew are assigned per leg, so for one flight use LEG. Use TRIP only when
you want the whole trip on one sheet.

An endorsement shows expired although the expiry is in the future.
Its expiry date is earlier than its issue date, which is not valid.
