Right-click any flight — in the flights table or either timeline — to open the
DOCUMENTS panel. Everything here downloads a file; nothing opens a viewer.
Permission: ops (EDIT)
The panel has two tabs, because some documents describe the whole trip and
others describe one flight.

Below a divider the leg tab also offers MODIFY LEG, MODIFY TRIP,
PUBLISH (when the flight is still a draft) and DELETE.
Crew are assigned per leg. If the legs of a trip are not crewed identically,
a trip-level document merges them — accurate for the trip, but not a picture of
any single flight. When in doubt for a specific flight, use the LEG tab.
