What actually happened on the flight, as opposed to what was planned. Crew fill
it in from the Joya crew app; ops staff can complete or correct the same fields.

BLOCK TIMES — BLOFF, T/O, LDG, BLON. Each has a date button
beside it for flights that cross midnight.
FUEL — Ramp Fuel, Fuel Remaining, Fuel Used, Planned Trip
Fuel, Uplift. Units are kg, lbs or L (Uplift also offers US Gal).
COUNTS / DISTANCE — Distance, ACM, ADL, CHD, INF,
PAX.
CREW / CODES — Pilot Flying (two), Signed By, Sector Night,
Rest Facility, Custom Code.
DELAY — add delay entries. NOTES and FILES.
Both are locked; correct the inputs rather than the total.
Pilot Flying offers only cockpit seats, and both pickers draw from the crew
actually assigned to that leg.
Not every operator uses every field. Which fields exist, and which are
mandatory, is configured in
Journey log fields. A handful — the four block
times and Pilot Flying — are always present and always required.
If a field you expect is missing, it is switched off there rather than broken.
Crew see the same form in the app, with UPDATE, UPDATE (DRAFT) and
Save as Draft (which works offline).
Their form locks when they lack journey-log edit rights or have used their
allowed number of edits — it tells them how many they have left. Ops-side there
is no such limit.
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A field is missing from the form | Switched off in Journey log fields | An administrator can enable it |
| A field toggled by an admin has not appeared | The open ops tab is showing a cached form | Reload the page fully |
| Fuel Used will not accept a value | It is computed | Correct Ramp Fuel or Fuel Remaining |
| Pilot Flying has no options | No cockpit crew assigned to the leg | Assign crew first |
| Crew cannot edit any more | They have used their edit quota | Ops staff can complete it |
