The CREW LIST is the roster carried for domestic flights: who is on board, in
which position, with their national ID — on the operator's own form, ready to
sign and stamp.
Where: right-click a flight in OPS · Permission: ops (EDIT)
Right-click a flight — in the flights table or in either timeline — and
the documents menu opens. It has two tabs:
Under either, choose DOWNLOAD PDF or DOWNLOAD WORD.
| Use when | |
|---|---|
| LEG | Normal case. One flight, its own crew, DEP/ARR and route are that leg's. |
| TRIP | You need one sheet for the whole trip. Crew from every leg are merged and de-duplicated, and the route is the full chain of airports flown (THR - MHD - THR). |
Crew differ per leg, so if the trip's legs are not crewed identically, the leg
document is the accurate one.
| Print, sign and stamp. Fixed layout. | |
| Word | The same form, editable — for the rare case something must be adjusted by hand before printing. |
Both are generated from the operator's own form and carry your operator logo.
Header — OPERATOR, REG (aircraft registration), DEP, ARR, Date, FLIGHT NO
and ROUTE, taken from the flight.
Table — one row per crew member, ordered by position rank:
| Column | Source |
|---|---|
| No | Sequence, 01, 02, … |
| POSITION | The seat, using your operator's own name for it |
| NAME OF CREW | The crew member's full name |
| NATIONAL ID | The National ID on their user record |
The table always prints its full 14 rows; unused ones stay blank for handwriting.
If a flight carries more than 14 crew, the table grows.
Footer — the operator name with space for SIGNATURE and STAMP, and the note
that the list is for domestic flights.
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| NATIONAL ID column blank | No National ID on those user records | Add it under Users |
| Fewer names than expected | Crew are assigned per leg; you used the leg scope | Use the TRIP tab, or check the leg's crew |
| Logo is wrong or missing | The deployment's operator logo is not installed | Ask your administrator to install operator-logo.png |
| REG or FLIGHT NO empty | Missing on the flight | Complete the flight record |
| Nothing downloads | Permission, or the document service is busy | Confirm ops EDIT; check Background jobs |
