SCHED is where a schedule is drafted before it becomes real. You lay flights
out per aircraft, check the shape of it, then publish — and only then do they
appear in OPS.

One row per aircraft across a time axis, plus a TBA — Unassigned row holding
flights that have no tail yet.

selected.
Draft flights are drawn dashed and faded. That is the cue that they exist only
here.
NEW SCHEDULE, then set the Date range, Aircraft and Rotation, and
for each leg: Flight #, STD, ADEP, ADES, STA. Optional per
leg: ICAO type, tags, DS (day shift — not available on the first leg) and
Ferry.
Click selects and replaces. Ctrl/Cmd+click toggles one. Shift+click
selects a range. Clicking empty space clears the selection.
Select the flights and press PUBLISH, then choose a Trip type (defaults
to PAX Charter) and optionally mark the trip as commercial.
Publishing moves flights from draft to published and gives them a trip number.
It is not reversible from here — undoing it means an administrator deleting the
flights in OPS.
DELETE asks you to type a confirmation. Drafts are removed outright;
published flights are soft-deleted and remain recoverable by an administrator.
