Where: REPORTS → Crew
Each report has its own required filters. Where a report looks empty, the cause
is almost always a filter that has not been set — the table below tells you
which.

Who is flying today: Flight No, Aircraft, Route, STD, STA,
Cockpit Crew, Cabin Crew, Deadhead, Maintenance. Times are in
Tehran time regardless of any other setting.
Block hours grouped by crew function: Code, Crew member, Legs,
Block time, Avg/leg, with a subtotal per function and a grand total.
Requires at least one aircraft type — Apply stays disabled otherwise.
The Person filter on this report does not narrow the result, and choosing
Category Cockpit or Cabin returns an empty report. Filter by aircraft
type and function instead.
Despite the name this is a duty-count report, not a payroll one — there are no
money fields. Columns: name and known-as, field, operator name, Hotel Count,
STB Count, D/H Time, STB With Time, Fix Time, Total Flight.
Fix Time comes from the fixed block-time allowance per route configured under
Admin → Crew → Crew salary.
SAVE in the filter dialog does not re-run the report — press SHOW.
RESET clears the whole form including the date range. The exports omit the
standby-limit filters, so an exported file can differ from the screen.

Every sector a person flew: date, aircraft type and registration, flight number,
trip number, STD, OFF, ADEP, ADES, ON, block, flight time, function and function
type, with a block summary.
Excel (all) exports every crew member, not the one selected. In the
block summary, Total Sectors counts crew positions rather than sectors.
A personal logbook in the familiar layout, per person, with Excel export. PDF is
produced through your browser's print dialog.
Several columns — night, instrument time, take-offs, landings, FDP, duty time,
distance and approaches — are not supplied yet and are marked with an amber
dot, but they still contribute zeros to the totals row. Treat those totals as
incomplete.
Which crew have flown which routes, and when they last did: Crew, Pos,
Route, Flights, Last flown. Defaults to the last year.
