Your airline has its own Joya at its own address (for example
https://<your-airline>.joyafleet.ir). Accounts are created by your airline's
own administrator — there is no self-registration.
Where: the login page · You need: your login (or work email) and password.
If your account has been deactivated, sign-in is refused even with the correct
password. Ask your administrator to reactivate it — see
Users.
Use Forgot password on the login page. Joya emails a reset link to your work
email, valid for one hour. If no email arrives, your account may have no work
email set, or your airline's email settings may need attention — contact your
administrator.
Some airlines require a one-time code (OTP) in addition to the password. If
yours does, you are prompted for it after the password step; the code is sent by
SMS to the number on your record.
This manual is shared by every operator, but you sign in with your own
airline's Joya account — there is no separate wiki password to remember.
What this means in practice
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Wrong login or password" but the details are right | Account deactivated | Ask your admin to reactivate the user |
| No reset email | No work email on your record, or airline email settings unconfigured | Ask your admin to check your record and email settings |
| Your airline's button is missing from the wiki | That airline has not been connected yet | Ask your admin — the steps are in the wiki repository |
| Signed in to Joya but the wiki still asks you to sign in | Separate sessions by design | Sign in once through the airline button; the wiki then remembers you |
