Where a roster is built up as drafts and then published — the point at which
crew can see it.
Where: CREW → EVENT CALENDAR · Permission: crewEventCalendar
Joya ships two versions. The beta version adds eligibility checking and a
working discard, and is the better one to learn.
PUBLISH opens a dialog covering a period (the current month by default in
the original; the visible window in the beta). It offers Only crew members
changed by me, tabs per event type, and a row per crew member — all ticked to
begin with. Untick anyone you are not ready to publish.
Discard draft (beta only) throws drafts away, asking Keep draft or
Discard first.
Discard removes every draft in the range — including drafts made by other
planners. Narrow the range before using it.
Right-click a flight for DELETE FROM FLIGHT, CANCELED BY ▸ (Crew / Sick /
Operation / Fatigue) and FTL DETAILS. Ctrl+click selects several flights.
There is no dragging and no resizing, and events are drawn across the whole
day rather than at their clock time.
The beta version marks each candidate:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Clear (green) | Nothing against them |
| Expiring (amber) | Approaching a limit or an expiry |
| Blocked (rose) | A breach or missing qualification |
| Grey, dashed | Still checking, or status unknown |
A card shows usage meters for 28 days, Year and 12 months, ambering
at 90% of the limit and turning rose at 100%, with reasons grouped under
FTL, CURRENCY and ENDORSEMENT.
The assign panel summarises n clear · n expiring · n blocked, and offers
Show blocked, Take whole trip as {seat}, Why / Hide and
Save anyway.
