Your aircraft. Every flight, rating and maintenance record points back to one of
these.
There are two screens, and the difference matters:

Tabs FLEET and VIRTUAL FLEET; footer NEW REAL AIRCRAFT and
NEW VIRTUAL AIRCRAFT. A virtual aircraft is a placeholder used for planning
when no real tail is assigned.
The editor has three tabs.
Status (Active / Not used / Deleted), ACMI, aircraft type,
Registration, SELCAL, phone and satellite phone, labels, PAX Capacity,
Maximum Cargo, home base ICAO, years of production and refurbishment,
Serial Number, MTOW [kg], MZFW and address.
Short name and IATA fill themselves in from the aircraft type and cannot be
edited here.
Table view colour — this is the colour used for the aircraft on the ops
screens. Also: handling flag, default ICAO type, trip type and flight rule,
noise and RFF categories, minimum runway length, equipment codes, fuel type with
maximum and taxi burn, default flight number with increment, and notes.
Cockpit and Cabin complements, rest facility and preferred crew.
A summary read-out: aircraft type, serial number, registration, satellite phone,
SELCAL, MTOW, status and ACMI, plus airframe and engine groupings.
Several columns on this screen — year of manufacture, base, capacity, the
TAH/TAC limits, engines and default flight number — are not populated and
always appear blank. Use the Admin → Fleet editor for those values.
