| BLOFF / BLON | Block off (gate-out) and block on (gate-in). |
| Crew List | The printed roster of who is on a flight, with national ID. See Crew List. |
| DLQ | Dead-letter queue — where messages land after repeatedly failing. Visible in Background jobs. |
| Duty | A working period, including pre- and post-flight time, not just the flight itself. |
| Endorsement | A qualification with an expiry — licence, medical, line check. See Endorsements. |
| FTL | Flight Time Limitations — the legal limits on duty and rest. |
| GenDec | General Declaration, a per-trip document for authorities. |
| In experience | A rating a crew member holds but is still building experience on. See Users. |
| Journey log | The post-flight record: times, fuel, landings, defects. |
| Leg | One flight: one departure, one arrival. Carries its own crew. |
| National ID | The crew member's national identity number, printed on the Crew List. Stored on the user record. |
| Position | A seat on an aircraft — CPT, FO, SCC, and so on. |
| Privilege group | The permission set attached to a user. See Users. |
| Rating | Permission to hold a position on a specific aircraft type. |
| Recency | Having done something recently enough to still be current. |
| Revalidation window | The period before expiry in which renewing does not lose the original expiry date. |
| Roster | The published plan of who works when. |
| STD / STA | Scheduled time of departure / arrival. |
| Trip | The container for one or more legs flown by one aircraft. |
| UTC / THR | Times can be shown in UTC or local Tehran time; screens that offer both have a switch. |
Anywhere Joya shows both, UTC and THR are the same instant displayed
differently — THR is UTC+03:30. Operational records are stored in UTC; the
switch only changes what you read.
